There will be one final swimming lesson on Monday 21st November to make up for the lesson that we missed due to a swimming gala taking place.
I'd like to say a big well done to all of year 5 for your hard work and super behaviour throughout our time swimming. I'd also like to say a big well done to Erin who managed to swim underwater for the first time ever...which, let me tell you, was no easy task!

Year 5 had a wonderful time at Chester Zoo on Friday which resulted in many wonderful photographs. During our day we visited the elephants, bat cave, penguins, lions, red pandas, tropical house, owls, butterfly house and many more animals.
I'd like to say a big thank you to all the parents that could make our fabulous coffee morning. I hope you had as much fun as the children and I, making our wonderful rockets to start our 'Mission to Mars' IPC topic in style. Here are a few photographs to have a look at. On Wednesday 2nd November we will be holding a cake sale to help raise money for Operation Christmas Child. The bake sale will take place between 3pm and 3.45pm. We would like to invite you to come and perhaps purchase some of the delicious cakes and biscuits your children have been making this week.
